TERM-Seal Physical Barriers
TERM-Seal barriers are composed of coatings, sealants, penetration protection collars, sheet barriers and Ura-Fen cavity perimeter barriers, which are triple layer sheet barriers forming a waterproof and termite-resistant barrier around a cavity perimeter as well as construction joints of new slab-on-ground structures.
Concrete Curing
Curing is applied on the slab after the slab has been poured which slows the drying process of the concrete, reducing the chance of cracking in the slab and stop the slab from shrinking. This will benefit you by minimising cracks and permeability so that creatures such as termites will not be able to enter your house through damaged concrete.
